About Brian Hare
Brian Hare is a retired Roadway Design Engineer who worked for the SCDOT for 39 years. He took up serious photography after retiring in 2017 and after encouragement from friends and family has decided to offer some of his work for sale. He enjoys the challenge of capturing special moments with his camera and hopes that you see something special in his pictures.
